What Are The Hotel Check-in And Check-Out Times? Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Check out time is at 11:00am. A late check-out of (1) one hour is extended to all guests subject to availability at time of request. Complimentary luggage storage is provided for our guests before check-in and after check-out. Please contact us at 212-246-8800 should you wish to send packages prior to your arrival. Storage fees may apply.  
Do You Offer Early Check-in? Early check-in is subject to availability and may be subject to a $50 USD fee plus tax. Please contact our front desk for additional information.

What Hours Is the Front Desk Open? Our front desk is open 24 hours a day for the convenience and needs of our guests.

Are You Pet Friendly? Yes! We are a pet-friendly hotel; there is a $75 non-refundable deposit for cleaning fees per pet per night. However, with proof, we allow service animals free of charge.

What Is The Minimum Age Requirement For Guest Check-in?  The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age, with a valid state/government-issued identification along with a valid debit or credit card for the guest.
Do You Offer Parking For Guests? The hotel does not offer parking of any kind. Indoor parking garages are nearby. All parking charges are subject to change and at your expense. 

Why is There A Deposit of $75.00 USD Per Night Upon Check-In? Upon checking in, the Hotel will need a valid debit or credit card to hold as a deposit of $75.00 per night for any incidental charges. This is a hold on the debit or credit card and not an actual charge – upon check-out, the hold will be automatically released if there are no additional charges. For U.S. Domestic cards, holds will be released within 7 - 14 business days (dependent on your financial institution). For International cards, holds will be released within 14 - 30 business days (dependent on your financial institution). 

Can I Arrange For Extra Amenities Such As Floral Arrangements, Chocolates, Gift Basket, etc. To be Delivered To The Hotel For Special Occasions? We are more than happy to accommodate our guests with any special request, please send your request to reservations@234gallivant.com so that we may provide you with vendor options for these services.

Do You Offer Rollaway Beds Or Cribs?Rollaway beds are available for an additional cost of $25 USD plus taxes per night. They are subject to availability. Cribs are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.

Can I Purchase Bus Tickets, Broadway Show Tickets And Tour Passes?Explore New York City on your terms – The Gallivant Hotel can assist, please contact our front desk. Tickets and Passes are subject to availability.  Additional charges apply.

Do You Accept Packages At The Hotel For Guests? We will accept packages at the hotel. There is a $5.00 per day holding fee for each package that arrives before the guest's reservation date. If a guest is checked in and a package arrives, there is no fee. It is the guest's responsibility to collect packages received throughout their stay.

Is Wi-Fi Provided In Your Hotel?Of course! WIFI is complimentary in all guest rooms and in the lobby. You can connect up to 3 devices at a time. A passcode is required so please inquire with the front desk if you are a guest.

Is There A Fitness Center Or Gym?Yes! The Fitness Center is open 7am-10pm and Guests can receive the code from the desk to gain access.
