Stay Policies

• Room check-in is at 3pm daily, and check-out is at 11am daily.
• Upon checking in, the Hotel will need a valid debit or credit card to hold as a deposit of $50 per night for any Incidental charges, plus the cost of your stay. 
• There is a mandatory Facility Fee of $40 + tax per night.
• Our standard Cancellation Policy is 24 hours prior to arrival, excluding promotional rates or third-party bookings.
• All reservations must be made with a valid credit card. We cannot accept cash at check-in. However, cash payments can be made at check-out.
• Valet parking is unavailable, but discounted rates are available at a nearby garage. iPark (790 8th Avenue, New York, NY 10019) — Rates are $50 for sedans, $60 for SUVs, and $70 for oversize vehicles (includes tax for 24 hours). To receive the discount rate, guests must see the Front Desk for a coupon.
